I really learned from this topic. I signed up your mailing list. But I’m confused about legality or legitimacy of a property. What is in my understanding that when a property goes to an auction by government, it supposed to be a clean property. But you mentioned that we still need to inspect documents. Does this mean not all properties are safe to buy from givernment auction? and how the government handle it if its not good titled property after the sale?
