A public auction of Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties in Davao City and Samal (IGaCoS), shall be conducted by their Davao Housing Hub, on October 9, 2017. A total of 118 foreclosed house and lots/vacant lots are included in the auction. Details below.

Actually, there are only 2 properties from Samal (also known as Island Garden City of Samal, or IGaCoS for short), and the rest are from various subdivisions in Davao City.

According to the invitation to bid:

“A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be conducted on the same date at 8:30 AM”

Sealed bids shall be accepted from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at the HDMF Davao Branch Training Room, 4th Floor, Pryce Tower Condominium, Pryce Business Park, JP Laurel Avenue, Davao City.
