This will be our first time to feature Foreclosed Properties from Security Bank, and these listings are updated as of February 2015. Thanks again to Ms. Emy Arceo of Security Bank for sending these listings over. You may download the listings below.
We actually have two listings and these are from Security Bank Corporation, and Security Bank Savings. These include properties that are mostly from Metro Manila and Luzon, with a few from the Visayas and Mindanao areas.
Keep in mind that these properties are NOT for public auction. Interested buyers only need to submit their offers. Prices are negotiable, subject to management approval, and are also subject to change w/o prior notice.
As usual, these are all for sale on an “as is, where is” basis.
