Last Updated on March 11, 2015 by Jay Castillo | Filed under: - 0 Comments

This will be our first time to feature Security Bank Foreclosed Properties, and these listings are updated as of February 2015. Thanks again to Ms. Emy Arceo of Security Bank for sending these listings over. You may download the listings below.

Security Bank Foreclosed Properties

We actually have two listings and these are from Security Bank Corporation, and Security Bank Savings. These include properties that are mostly from Metro Manila and Luzon, with a few from the Visayas and Mindanao areas.

Keep in mind that these properties are NOT for public auction. Interested buyers only need to submit their offers. Prices are negotiable, subject to management approval, and are also subject to change w/o prior notice.

As usual, these are all for sale on an “as is, where is” basis.

Full disclosure: Nothing to disclose. At the moment of writing, we are not yet accredited real estate brokers with Security Bank/Security Bank Savings so please contact Security Bank directly if you want to inquire or get more details. Thanks.

By the way, I’m not sure if the purchase of these foreclosed properties can be financed through Security Bank’s Fantastic Elastic Home Loan, so I will check to be sure. I will update this post once confirmed.
