unionbank auction terms 2012The 193rd Special Public Auction of UnionBank foreclosed properties will be held on November 17, 2012, Saturday, 9:00am, at the 29th Flr. UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Ave. cor. Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

Included in this auction are foreclosed properties from Luzon, Metro Manila, and brand new house and lots located at Amalfi(Phase 4), at The Islands Governor’s Drive, Dasmarinas, Cavite which is just 2 kilometers away from SM and Robinsons Dasmarinas (more details like photos and videos are to follow in another post).

Interested bidders are reminded to come early to have enough time to register as the auction starts promptly at 9:00am!

A. Yes, UnionBank still offers a 5% discount on cash sales.

Q. What is the minimum downpayment?
A. 10% of the selling price (winning bid), 6 months to pay, at zero-interest.

Q. What is the interest rate for installment terms?
A. 11% per annum (fixed for 15 years).

Q. What is the longest payment term available?
A. 15 years.

Q. Is there still no credit checking?
A. Yes, for residential properties.

Q. Do I need to bring show money?
A. Yes, interested bidders only need to bring PHP 20,000 show money in the form of cash or manager’s check (payee is UnionBank) to qualify to bid, per property.
