September 2, 2025 – Here are the latest listings of PNB foreclosed properties / acquired assets for negotiated sale. They included all PNB reposessed cars/chattels in the same listings. Details below.
As per PNB website, these listings were updated as of June 30, 2025. However, they only published this sometime between the 2nd week to end of August 2025.
I checked the PNB website during the first week of August and found the old list for January 2025. When I checked last September 1, I found the new list. 🙂
Furthermore, it seems they update the PDF list by marking sold properties, even if they still refer to it as the June 30, 2025 list.

PNB Foreclosed Properties for negotiated sale
For easy searching and filtering, you may view the entire list of 5,366 PNB foreclosed properties in our “Classifieds Database”. These include real estate and vehicles/chattels.
There are more than 600 that are “Clean”.
I have tabulated them below with links for quick and easy reference.

Payment terms/how to buy
I will update this when I gather enough information with regard to payment terms and the buying process from PNB.
The only thing I am sure of as of now is that these are for negotiated sale (you only need to submit an offer, these are NOT for auction/bidding).
Anyway, you can ask this when you contact PNB.

Step-by-step instructions:
- Search by typing keywords Ex. Your preferred subdivision, village, condo, property source, and/or location(s), etc. and click “Search”. To only include properties from BFS, include the keyword “bfs”.
- Use “Advanced Search” to choose preferred price range, lot/floor areas (if data is available), and also to exclude those classified as occupied/no possession.
- If you want to view all listings regardless of the source, then don’t enter any keywords related to the property source. Example, if you want to find and compare ALL foreclosed properties then do not use the “bfs” keyword when searching, and then you will find ALL properties in our database, not just those from BFS.

I’m looking into a property from PNB but when I checked the map, it’s in a quarry area. Do you have any suggestion on what I need to check for these kinds of lot? The bank is selling it as a residential and has no legal issues. And is it possible to lessen the floor price indicated by the since, like I said, it’s in / next to a quarry area

The first things that comes to mind is to check if it really is safe to construct a house there and dDoes the zoning allow for residential properties?
Yes, it should be possible to ask for a discount, but this is subject to management approval.
