is it okay to request a photocopy of the title because i am only a referror. The buyer would want a copy of the title. is that possible to be given by the bank?
Hi Mark, does it mean you are just assisting the buyer or are you acting as their broker? Whether you are just assisting them or acting as their broker, you can always request for a copy of the title.
However, if you are acting as their broker, please make sure you’re accreditation is already being processed so you can get your broker commission/professional fees.
