We have just updated the huge listing of BFS foreclosed properties as of May 31, 2014, and the updated list is now inside our Foreclosed Real Estate Database. Actually, the updated list has been uploaded since last week, but I am only able to post the update here today. Anyway, you may check out the details for this update below.

The updated list, which comes directly from Bahay Financial Services (BFS), has a total of 2,224 foreclosed properties, with a total selling price of Php838,864,000.

A total of 86 properties were newly added on the list, while the rest were updated with the latest selling prices. Please take note: selling prices may still have discounts specific to each property, just ask about this when you inquire.

134 sold properties were removed from the database.

Pictures for the newly added properties from BFS are to follow.

Important: This update supersedes all previous listings from BFS.

On the page linked above, you will see a link to ALL BFS foreclosed properties in our foreclosed real estate database.

As requested by some of you, I have also added a downloadable PDF file containing all properties in the latest update.

For the foreclosed real estate database users, I highly suggest you use the advanced search functionality to only include properties that fit your requirements in terms of location, price, lot area, floor area, or you can also search by keyword. Search results are sorted from the lowest price to highest price by default.

Those who prefer the PDF version will obviously see no pictures. Pictures can be seen through the database. For properties that have no pictures yet, they will be uploaded once they are available.

One more thing, don’t forget to contact BFS directly through their contact numbers included in the details of each property.

Happy hunting!

Reminder: Don’t forget to contact BFS directly through their contact info/inquiry form in each property details page.

Full disclosure: BFS is one of our business partners.

Disclaimer:

* Offer prices subject to change without prior notice.

** We do not make any representations of the properties that can be accessed through the links above. We encourage interested parties to make an ocular inspection of the properties – these are sold on an “As is, Where is” basis and the pictures may vary from the actual condition of the properties.
