I also had the same experience before when I wanted to inspect a property in Sta. Ana, Manila and they can only give me vicinity maps. I believe I was able to pinpoint the property by looking for it but I guess I was just lucky that it was the only vacant structure in the area. Let me check if I still have any of PNB's old provincial listings of foreclosed properties, it might have contact info for their Dipolog City branches. However, there seem to be a problem everytime i request for the physical addresses of these properties for viewing purpose. i have send them numerous emails but they keep on send me vicinity maps but no physical addresses.
