A total of 729 Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties located in Rizal, Bulacan, Metro ManilaCavite, Laguna, and Batangas shall be for sale via public sealed bidding on February 23 and 24, 2015.

Submission of bids for both dates shall be from 9:00am to 12:00nn at the 7th Flr., Conference Room, JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.

The complete list of foreclosed properties and general guidelines follows.pag-ibig-foreclosed-properties

The two batches of sealed biddings with respective dates, areas included, and total number of  Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties are listed below:

Batch 1:

DATE AREAS NO. OF UNITS
February 23, 2015 Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Batangas 176

 Batch 2:

DATE AREAS NO. OF UNITS
February 24, 2015 Rizal, Bulacan, Metro Manila*, Laguna and Batangas 556

*I noticed Metro Manila meant Caloocan and Valenzuela, and included very few properties.

Property types

Various kinds of property types are included, and they are single attached/detached house and lots, vacant lots, condos, townhouses, duplexes, quadroplexes (that’s what it says on the list!), and row houses.

Please bear in mind that there are occupied properties on the list, and as usual, these are all for sale on an “as is, where is” basis.

Discounts

I just want to highlight that discounts are available for the second batch based on the guidelines as follows (Note: I could not find this in the guidelines of the first batch):

MODE OF PURCHASE ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT
CASH 20%
INSTALLMENT 10%

Obviously, a 10% or 20% discount is huge, so my suggestion to interested bidders is to check with Pag-IBIG if the discounts for the second batch can also apply to the first batch. Who knows, they might have just forgotten to include this in the batch 1 guidelines.
