Why doesn’t PNB show pictures to at least allow an idea of what the property looks like? We are US based looking for our last home in the Philippines and there is nothing to look at with PNB listings.. Its impossible to go there and see it for a pre bid..
Thanks
Hi James, I know what you feel. Unfortunately, they only include very few pictures for selected properties with the listings they distribute, and you have to contact them through email to get pictures of the properties you are interested in.
Jay – do you have any idea as to how much is the down payment for PNB properties? Thank you
Hi Annabelle, it was 25% for PNB last time I checked, should still be the same.
