  1. hey! are the properties put up for auction by union bank clean of any court cases? if you purchase these properties you don’t have to worry about someone claiming the property in the future?

  2. sorry for the late reply to your comments.

once again, i would like to thank all of those who attended the unionbank special public auction last 30 april 2011. it is a very productive one. thank you FORECLOSURE PHILIPPINES for making it possible through information dissemination.

we are reminding those interested investor-bidder to please come on time for we are starting the auction at 9:00 AM.

    thank you, sir jay!

    1. Hi Lance, I’m more than glad to help. Thanks you also for sending us your lists! By the way, I have just posted the details for UnionBank’s 169th special public auction. 🙂

  3. hi!
just want to ask about the foreclosed property, what if we will going to pay for the 10% downpayment, do we still need to attend the auction? what will be the requirements/ documents needed for the foreclosed property?

    1. mr. gary:

      good day!

you still need to attend the auction for it is the easiest way to acquire the property.

now, since the auction is done, you can submit offer to buy if the property you are interested to is still available and it will be subject for approval.

you can contact us at 637 1445 or visit http://www.unionbankph.com (click SHOP) for the list of properties for sale.

      thank you.
