As expected, another auction of UnionBank foreclosed properties will be happening this coming April 30, 2011, Saturday, at the Conference Room No. 3, 29th floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. This is their 168th Special Public auction of foreclosed properties.
Interested bidders just need to bring Php20,000 show money in the form of cash or manager’s checks to qualify to bid for each property.
The foreclosed properties for sale through public auction include residential lots, house and lots, townhouses, condominium units, residential buildings, commercial lots, industrial lots, agricultural lots, commercial space, and industrial / commercial warehouses.
UnionBank also offers a 5% discount on cash sales. Nice!
Installment terms are also available as follows:

| Interest: | 13% p.a. fixed for the first 3 years and 15% p.a. fixed for the next 12 years |
| Term: | 15 yrs. (maximum) thru in-house guaranteed financing |
