This will be the first time I shall feature Premiere Bank foreclosed properties, although their website has been on our Ultimate List of Philippine Bank Websites with foreclosed properties for a long time already. Anyway, this listing of foreclosed properties from Premiere Development Bank.

The listing includes properties from Metro Manila and Luzon, and is updated as of March 26, 2012.

Payment terms

These properties are for negotiated sale. Aside from cash payments, acceptable payment terms can be anywhere between 20% to 30% downpayment, with the balance payable from 5 to 10 years, at an annual interest rate of 12%. Interested buyers can negotiate for a lower interest rate (10% for example), but this is subject to the bank’s approval.
