458 Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties slated for public auction on January 11, 2017 (Updated with erratum)

We kick-off 2017 by sharing the very first public auction from Pag-IBIG’s NCR branch, with a total of four hundred fifty eight (458) Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties, scheduled on January 11, 2017. Details below.

This auction includes foreclosed properties in Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, Metro Manila, and Rizal.

According to the invitation to bid, discounts are available for this batch of properties.

Submission of bids shall be from 9:00AM to 12:00NN, at the 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Please refer to the guidelines and complete list of properties below.
