Pag-IBIGโ€™s Davao Housing Hub-Committee on Disposition of Acquired Assets will be holding a sealed bidding on April 7, 2014 (Monday next week) for the sale of 100 of its acquired assets in Davao.

This sale of Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties is perfect for those living in Davao, or those with relatives living in Davao and nearby areas. With the signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro just last March 27, 2014, and the expected influx of businesses in Mindanao because of a more stable peace and order situation, buying a property in Davao for investment purposes may be worthwhile.

Reminders

Bidders are encouraged to inspect the properties before bidding. The properties will be sold on an โ€œas-is, where-isโ€ basis so take note which properties are occupied, and check the physical and legal condition of the properties.

A TEN PERCENT (10%) minimum down payment may be paid on April 3-4, 2014 (Thursday and Friday this week). So act fast if you want to participate in the bidding!

Bids may be submitted at 9:00AM on April 7, 2014 at the HDMF Davao Branch Training Room, 3rd Floor, Pryce Tower Condominium, Pryce Business Park, JP Laurel Avenue, Davao City.

Bids should be accompanied by a Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt (PFR) original copy, showing the payment of the required TEN PERCENT (10%) minimum deposit. The said deposit shall form part of the winning bidderโ€™s downpayment or shall be returned to the non-winning bidder without interest upon the completion of the public bidding.

The cheapest property Iโ€™ve seen is a P120,000 vacant lot at Blue Zircon Subd., San Miguel, Digos City, Davao del Sur so 10% of that is only P12,000.00. The balance may be paid via Pag-IBIG Housing Loan, so it is very affordable.
