Additional 1,036 Pag-IBIG Foreclosed Properties For Public Auction On January 26-27, 2017

Additional public auction schedules from Pag-IBIG’s NCR branch was just announced on their website and these include a total of one thousand thirty six (1,036) Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties, scheduled for auction on January 26-27, 2017. Details below.

The auction on January 26 only includes properties from Cavite, while the auction on January 27 includes properties from Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan and Cavite (Tanza).

According to the Pag-IBIG’s announcement, discounts are NOT available for these properties.

Submission of bids for both auction dates shall be from 9:00AM to 12:00NN, at the 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Please refer to the guidelines and complete list of properties below.
