UCPB Savings Bank Bidding Rules and Procedure
1. All properties are sold on an “As is where is” basis.
2. The bank sells only whatever rights and interest it has on the property as of date of the sale. The buyer shall conduct ocular inspection on the property as well as due diligence with appropriate government agencies on the title / tax declaration covering the said property.
3. Interested buyer is required to fill-out the attached bid form / offer to buy / letter of intent and submit the applicable requirements.
4. The bid shall not be lower than the minimum bid price. The bid shall be placed in a sealed and signed on the envelope flap together with a check payable to UCPB Savings Bank, representing payment of earnest money equivalent to at least 10% of the offered price.
5. The earnest money shall form part of the purchase price if the proposal is approved. However, it shall be forfeited in favor of the Bank if the sale is approved but not consummated due to the fault of the buyer. If the proposal is disapproved, the earnest money shall be returned to the offeror without interest.
6. The bank reserves the right to pull out any of the properties from the list, as it deems necessary.
7. Inadvertent misprints shall neither alter the properties factual condition nor be deemed as misrepresentation of the property.
