Pardon me if I may have been bombarding you with a lot of listings of repossessed cars for sale from a number of banks lately. It just so happens that a bunch of them came out this week and the deadlines for the submission of bids are already next week so I really need to post them here quickly. I’m also quite sure that there are lots of people out there searching for bargain second hand used cars and I really hope that by posting these listings of repossessed cars here, I am able to help in my own little way.

I have stumbled upon a new listing of repossessed cars for sale from UnionBank of the Philippines. Unlike my previous post, I am glad to be able to post the list of repossessed cars earlier this time around to give interested buyers enough time to inspect the cars and do their due diligence. The deadline for submission of bids is on Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Actually, the bidding period for these Union bank repossessed cars for sale is from September 14-22, 2009.

RCBC Savings Bank has just released new listings of repossessed cars in their Great Deals On Used Wheels Pre-owned Cars Sale in Pasig City and their Dream Buys Car Auction in San Fernando, Pampanga.  The Great Deals On Used Wheels Car Sale runs from September 13 to 18, 2009 at their Pasig Warehouse while the Dream Buys Car Auction will be held on September 18, 2009, 1 PM, at the RCBC Savings Business Center Dolores San Fernando, Pampanga.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I have just found this new listing of repossessed cars from RCBC Savings Bank and I just had to post it immediately because the deadline for submission of bids is on September 9, 2009, 1:00 PM, at the 18th floor, unit 1806-A Tektite Bldg., West Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines. This auction of repossessed cars is through sealed bidding.

I recently found this invitation to bid for repossessed cars from Unionbank and I am sharing it here. I guess this was what my father-in-law was referring to when he said a BMW was being sold by Unionbank where he is a consultant. If you will notice, a BMW 120D with automatic transmission is part of the list of repossessed cars for sale. No, my wife and I have no plans of buying a BMW! I’ve noticed Foreclosure Philippines has been getting a significant number of visitors looking for bank repossessed cars and logs indicate that this has been increasing lately. Rather than disappoint these visitors, I have decided to add a new category of free listings of repossessed cars. Repossessed cars which have been foreclosed by banks form part their inventory of acquired assets for sale so they definitely fit into this site. I’m just glad that I changed this site’s name from Foreclosed Real Estate Philippines to Foreclosure Philippines way back when I migrated to Wordpress. Now, I am not restricted to only foreclosed real estate and can cover all sorts of foreclosures.

I attended the 3rd Philippine Real Estate Festival last July 24, 2009 and one of the banks that I found as a participant in the event was Chinabank. I was able to get a copy of their “Real Deals” publication which features hundreds of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for sale at below market values (as written on the front page). Aside from foreclosed properties, the Volume 1 May – June 2009 issue of Real Deals also features good condition second hand vehicles/bank repossessed cars. I am posting a copy of the publication here for the benefit of those who were not able to attend the Philippine Real Estate Festival.
