Today, I am posting the PNB Asset Gazette for January 2010 which features just some of the prime foreclosed properties for sale in their first public sealed bidding scheduled this year. According to the Asset Gazette, the Philippine National Bank-Special Assets Management Sector or PNB-SAMS has slated 10 public sealed biddings for the year 2010. The first of these will be on January 29, 2010 and you can read more about it in my previous post: PNB to sell prime foreclosed properties through public sealed bidding.

My wife Cherry continues from her recent post by sharing an updated listing of foreclosed properties from Metro Manila which she recently got from Philippine National Bank’s Special Assets Management Group.

You may recall that we posted last November 17, 2009, the list of acquired assets of PNB for Metro Manila, which was updated as of September 30, 2009. I’m sure a lot of you out there have been patiently waiting for new listings of foreclosed properties and here is a bunch from Philippine National Bank (PNB). My wife got these foreclosed property listings after she requested for them through e-mail.

Don’t forget to use as reference the “title id number” of the property that you wish to inquire. Furthermore, the people from PNB requests interested parties to prioritize a maximum of 5 properties per inquiry.

I was supposed to attend the pre-bidding conference for this auction last September 8, 2009 to learn more about how the Special Assets Management Sector of Philippine National Bank (PNB)  conducts public sealed biddings but the plan got cancelled due to a prior engagement at the office that got extended. Anyway, I also failed to post this listing sooner and I apologize for the short notice.

The Philippine National Bank – Special Assets Management Sector shall be holding a public auction of foreclosed properties on September 3, 2009, Thursday, 2:00pm, at the Ritz Tower de Leyte, Real Street, Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines. The Properties for auction are from Samar, Leyte, Cebu, and Bohol.

According to the property listing which I received through e-mail, foreclosed properties are available at up to 30% discount*, for as low as 8% interest rates*, and with payment terms up to 10 years.

This public auction of acquired assets shall be held at the La Parilla Hotel in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.
