The nice people from the Buena Mano Marketing group actually sent this to me through e-mail last July 19, 2011 but I only found this today in my inbox.

Yup, today is the last day to submit bids, and yet I am also posting this today. Before you say “Hey Jay, you should have posted this earlier…” please let me say this - I am posting this anyway because I am quite sure that not all of the repossessed cars on the list will get sold, and all you have to do is ask Buena Mano directly to confirm if the car you may be interested in is still available after the sealed bidding.

I am doing this as a public service, so I humbly ask for a little patience and understanding. I continue to post listings of repossessed cars for sale and car auction schedules simply because a lot of people keep asking for them. By the way, repossessed cars can also be referred to as foreclosed cars so they are still relevant content for foreclosurephilippines.com right?

It has been several months since I last posted bank repossessed cars for sale and with good reason, I received feedback from some people that they don’t like them. I have been thinking about this a lot and have decided to create a separate area for repossessed cars, either within Foreclosure Investing Philippines, or in an entirely different site. However, this is still in the works.

Lately, I have received requests from a lot of people who are interested in buying repossessed cars, and rather than disappoint them, I would rather continue posting lists of repossessed cars for now, until the separate area is finalized.

If you are looking for foreclosed properties and don’t want to see bank repossessed cars, just disregard this post. Don’t worry, I have a lot of foreclosed property listings on the way after this.

I recently found this listing of AMA Bank repossessed cars for sale. What struck me was this list of of repossessed cars includes cars with a minimum bid price of  Php50K, which is very cheap, considering that one of these is a 1996 Volvo 960 with automatic transmission. Of course, there must be an underlying reason why these foreclosed cars are so cheap, and the most obvious in this case is that they are more than 10 years old.

If you are interested in buying any of these second hand cars, you better do your due diligence and verify their physical and legal condition. In relation to this, my friend Tyrone of Millionaire Acts recently came out with a very interesting article about repossessed cars and his article includes pointers on buying repossessed cars from banks, which should come in handy. This is an updated listing of United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) repossessed cars for sale. Do take note that the deadline for submission of bids for these second hand cars is on March 24, 2010 at 4:00pm and opening of sealed bids shall follow at 4:30pm.

I highly suggest that interested parties call up UCPB directly to get more details like  the bidding procedure, payment terms, financing options, etc., and ensure these are acceptable before inspecting these UCPB repossessed cars. Just wanted to share this list of repossessed cars for sale from Unionbank. The bidding period for the repossessed cars on the list is from January 11-19, 2010. Yes, bidding is ongoing and the deadline for submission of bids is on January 19, 2009. I thought the BMW on the list was the same one in a previous listing of repossessed cars but it turns out this was a different one.

Where to inspect the repossessed cars

If you are interested, you may inspect the repossessed cars at the Unionbank warehouse located at 185 Roosevelt Avenue, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City(In front of watch tower).

Eastwest bank has just updated their list of repossessed cars for sale on their website. The list of repossessed cars for sale I am posting below has been updated as of December 14, 2009.
