  1. Sir,

This is a follow up inquiry lang po, been interested on acquiring from your posted bank foreclosed properties, I would like to ask if what are its risks if ever there may be. Can the previous owner has still the chance to buy back the property to the drawn bidder?

    Thank you very much.

    • Hi Michelle,

As far as i know, the minimum downpayment for house and lots would be 25% or Php260K. Would this be acceptable to you? Please advice so I can check if this got sold during the auction. Thanks!

    • Hi Paul, if you are coming just to observe, I believe you don’t need to bring any show money. Just let the bank officers at the registration desk know that you are very interested, but would want to observe first to familiarize yourself with the process. At the very least, please bring valid ID’s. By the way, you can call in advance and let them know you are coming. Thanks for the inquiry!

  4. Sir Jay,

I have some inquiries to make. My family is thinking of acquiring a property from Bank Foreclosed Properties. What are its risks? Can the previous owner of a certain property still has the option or chance to buy it back from the bank or from us? Considering if we have been paying its monthly installments to the Bank?

Your site is very hepful and very informative indeed. Thank you vert much.

    God Speed,
    Mich
