RCBC shall be having another Amazing Buys public auction of acquired assets on June 27, 2009, Saturday, 9:30Am, at the Podium 4 Lobby, RCBC Plaza, Ayala Avenue corner Buendia Avenue, Makati City, Philippines. This public auction is for Metro Manila, North & South Luzon acquired Assets.

The bank acquired assets for public auction are from Makati, Muntinlupa, Caloocan, Pasig, Quezon City, Valenzuela, Bacacay, Legaspi, Bacoor, Cavite City, Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Silang, Trece Martires, Binan, Calamba, San Pablo, Sta. Rosa, Puerto Princesa, Binangonan, Cainta, Mariveles, Bustos, San Ildefonso, San Rafael, San Jose Del Monte, Sta. Maria, Cabanatuan, Guimba, Gen. Natividad, Lupao, Arayat, Tarlac, Laoag, Santiago City, Benito Soliven, Rosales, Tayug, and Urdaneta City.

Acquired assets can be purchased for as low as 10% downpayment, with the balance payable in 10 years, at a fixed interest rate. Only Php25,000 show money per property in the form of cash or MC is required.
