Buena Mano Q1-2011 Greater Metro Manila catalog released!

The Buena Mano Metro Manila Q1-2011 catalog has been released and I was able to get a copy at their head office located in Makati. Actually, I got this last week but it took me awhile to scan the catalog and make it as small as possible while still being readable. This catalog of bank acquired assets is free and is published quarterly.

Obviously, this catalog includes properties in various areas located within Metro Manila. However, it also includes other properties from Batangas, Bulacan, Palawan, and Tarlac.

If you are looking properties from other areas, watch for the Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao catalogs which should be available soon. I will also post them here in Foreclosure Investing Philippines so don’t forget to subscribe to e-mail alerts and get notified once they are available.

    • Hi Ms May Ann, this list is already in our archive and is more than a year old. I have with me the Q4-2012 catalog and I saw 4 properties located in brookside. I’ll send you a list directly through e-mail so you can choose. Thanks.

  1. My wife and I are interested in a 1000sqm lot with house 140-200sqm in Palawan – within the PP area. Or a larger lot (Farm) with some form of House (Can be native) 30-1 hour outside PP. I found it hard to sort the PDF (Well could not) and hope you can help.

  3. Hi Jay,

    How long does it normally take for a bank to approve or reject an offer to purchase an acquired asset and how do they normally send the notice – thru email or snail-mail?

    • Hi Cert,

      For Buena Mano, it usually takes about 10 working days. They usually call the broker(if any) or the buyer to inform them if the offer has been approved or not. They usually don’t send any e-mail or snail-mail notices.

  4. sir jay interested po ako dun sa isa sa mga yellow tag properties. lot lang po sya. tanong ko lang po kung halimbawa po binayaran ko na yung property, gano katagal mapapasakin ung property, at gano katagal ako maghihintay? salamat po..
