Oh yes ladies and gentlemen, I am on a roll! Today we have the PSBank Foreclosed Property Listings for Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, updated as of November 18, 2009. PSBank’s loan rates are very competitive, if you ask me. Their loan rate for home acquisition or construction, which is fixed for 10 years, is 10.5%, which is the same as the top rate for Pag-Ibig.
