Philippine National Bank Properties For Auction on August 20, 2009

I would like to share with everyone Philippine National Bank’s Asset Gazette For July 2009 which features properties that are for public auction on August 20, 2009. This public auction of acquired assets shall be held at the La Parilla Hotel in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The Asset Gazette is a monthly publication of the Special Assets Management Sector (SAMS) of the Philippine National Bank (PNB).

The acquired assets featured in the July 2009 edition of PNB’s Asset Gazette are from Bulacan, Nueva Ecija And Tarlac. PNB-ASSET-GAZETTE-JULY-2009

The publication also provides a comprehensive list of property details which includes the Title ID, Lot Area, Floor Area, Property Type, Location,  and the Market Value along with the Minimum Bid Price (MBP). Most properties even include pictures. From my point of view, I especially like the inclusion of the Market Value as this is one of the essential information that I look for when evaluating a property and I would have a ready point of comparison when I do my own property valuation as described in my post on how I estimate the market values of foreclosed properties.
