I thought my recent post about the public sealed bidding for PNB and Allied Bank acquired assets was the last one but it turns out that there was one more public auction announcement that I have not yet posted and this is it. Again, I apologize for not posting this earlier. Take note that the auction is to be held tomorrow already, September 26, 2009, at 9:00 AM.

Philippine National Bank (PNB) and Allied Banking Corporation shall offer PRIME PROPERTIES for PUBLIC SEALED BIDDING which shall be held on Friday, September 25, 2009. Yes, I should have posted this sooner and I apologize for the delay. September has been a very busy month as there have been more than the usual number of new listings and auction announcements.

The Office of the Provincial Treasurer of the City of Antipolo recently published a notice of sale of tax delinquent properties. The notice of sale for the tax delinquent properties were published in the September 7, 2009 issue of the Philippine Star. I’m just glad my mom was able to find the notice of sale not just for me but for all of us. Thanks Mom!

According to the notice of sale, the Office Of The Provincial Treasurer will be selling the tax delinquent properties through public auction on September 30, 2009, Wednesday 9:00 AM, at the Department Heads’ Conference Room, 3rd Floor Capitol Building, Ynares Center, City of Antipolo, Province of Rizal.

Update: The 4th Philippine Housing Fair that is supposed to be held on October 27 to 29, 2009 at the Megamall Megatrade Hall has been postponed to December 27-29, 2009. My wife has confirmed this with the Megatrade Hall office. Please be guided accordingly.

My very first post in Foreclosure Philippines (formerly Foreclosed Real Estate Philippines) was about the 3rd Philippine Housing Fair (2008).  I can’t believe almost a year has passed since then! Now, the 4th Philippine Housing Fair (2009) is almost here, and Foreclosure Philippines is nearing its first anniversary.

Around this time of the year, people normally spend most of their money on Christmas gifts. This time, why not invest it on a place you can call your own? The Philippine Housing Fair 2009 can be looked at as a tiangge or bazaar featuring acquired assets for sale.

Pardon me if I may have been bombarding you with a lot of listings of repossessed cars for sale from a number of banks lately. It just so happens that a bunch of them came out this week and the deadlines for the submission of bids are already next week so I really need to post them here quickly. I’m also quite sure that there are lots of people out there searching for bargain second hand used cars and I really hope that by posting these listings of repossessed cars here, I am able to help in my own little way.

I have stumbled upon a new listing of repossessed cars for sale from UnionBank of the Philippines. Unlike my previous post, I am glad to be able to post the list of repossessed cars earlier this time around to give interested buyers enough time to inspect the cars and do their due diligence. The deadline for submission of bids is on Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Actually, the bidding period for these Union bank repossessed cars for sale is from September 14-22, 2009.
