This is the list of public auctions to be conducted by Pag-IBIG for the month of August 2016

We now have a total of 2,074 2,120 2271 Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties to be auctioned off in tranches by various Pag-IBIG branches.
I have tabulated the auction schedules, venues for each auction, location of properties included, and links to the invitation to bid/complete list of properties included in each auction.
The table can be found below, and I have also included download links for the invitation to bid per auction.
The invitation to bid for each auction also includes general guidelines and instructions for bidders and contact details of Pag-IBIG.
Reminder: If you have any questions, please read the invitation to bid first as most questions already have answers in the file.
I have started to include an online view-able version of each invitation to bid and list of properties for those of you who do not want to download huge files. The online version also makes searching for properties in your target location easier.
So far I have finished this for the Davao (August 12, 2016) and NCR (August 15, 2016) auction listings. I’ll update this when I’m done for the rest.
Auction details
The public auctions are to be done through sealed bidding.
In other words, interested parties will have to submit their sealed bids using the official bid forms from Pag-IBIG, along with the required 10% bid bond.
You may refer to the invitation to bid for complete instructions.
“Can I purchase through a Pag-IBIG housing loan?”
Up to now, I still get this question and the obvious answer is “Yes” !
