Real estate appraisers are a big help to real estate investors who want to know the current market values of properties. The next Real Estate Appraisers Exam to be held on July 8, 2012 is something to look forward to as it will surely produce more licensed appraisers that can help us with investment property valuation.

The following are the official room assignments released by the PRC for the real estate appraisers exam on July 8, 2012 which are to be held in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo. (Sorry, I could not find the room assignments for Baguio and Cagayan de Oro)
