1. Who are the speakers & topics?

Mystery Speaker – Your finances
Bo Sanchez – God vs Money: Is there really a conflict?
Larry Gamboa – Think Rich Pinoy Vision, Think Rich Pinoy Franchise, Think Rich Pinoy Clubs
Ronald Cagape – Cashflow Game Facilitation
Eden April Alemania-Dayrit – Real Estate Actual Deals
Guests - Your Personal Experiences with the game
Autograph Signing / Q&A Session

2. What is the difference from previous Think Rich Pinoy seminars?

a. Some attendees can get to play Cashflow 202. This is a more advanced GAME which contains stock options (puts and calls), network marketing, easier to bankrupt and harder to leave the rat race. Don’t know what I mean? That’s okay. Play Cashflow 101 instead. Cashflow 202 is designed for the “veteran player” and those who believe they have what it takes to become wealthy in a short short time.

b. To enhance enjoyment, there will be a contest among tables to see which group gets out of the rat race first. If your group wins, congratulations, you have learned more!

c. People who wish to leave brochures, calling cards, samples to market to the seminar attendees may do so using a promotion/marketing table.

d. One of the attendees (you?!) can get to win a one (1) hour mentoring/Q&A session with Larry Gamboa. It’s a raffle.

e. All attendees get to receive (after the event) access to special ebooks:
- Master of Passive Income – by Jay Abraham
- Ten (10) Scary Mistakes Even Real Estate Investors Make & How To Avoid Them

f. What’s an ebook?
It’s an electronic book. You read it from your computer. The format is normally Adobe Acrobat. To read it, you’ll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe.com

3. How to register for the Think Rich Pinoy Events so I can participate?

You can pay the seminar fee via:

a. Bank Deposit:

BPI Account Name: ESTI-TRP (Think Rich Pinoy)
Account No.: C/A # 8291-0083-57

b. Paypal/Credit Card: Buy your seminar ticket by clicking this link.

c. Ticketnet (All SM Department Stores and Ticketnet Office)

Early Bird Fee is P4,450 (December 3, 2011 only)
Regular fee is P 4,950
On-Site fee is P 5,450

4. How to confirm my registration?

Just send an email to seminar(at)thinkrichpinoy.com and jay(dot)castillo(at)gmail.com with the scanned Bank Deposit Slip or Paypal Acknowledgment Receipt or Ticket you received from Ticketnet with the following data:

a. Name
b. Address
c. Email Address
d. Mobile and Landline Nos.
e. I learned about the Think Rich Pinoy Seminar through Jay Castillo of www.foreclosurephilippines.com

5. Can we get a group discount?

If there are five of you, you can avail of the early bird discount (P3950.00) until the last day of payment (December 2, 2011).

6. Other discounts?

If you want to attend AGAIN, you can pay 50% off the fee (P4950 * 50% = P 2,475.00). Just P 1,975.00 to attend again and play Cashflow 101 or 202 perhaps to challenge yourself. But you must hurry because there are very limited slots for these.

7. Maximum number of participants?

We can only accommodate 100 participants per session.

8. Is this a scam?

No. This is a financial education seminar and Cashflow game. The game uses play money. However, if your mindset is “scam” – unfortunately this is not the place to go – you won’t find any.

The goal of Think Rich Pinoy is to create wealth — using whatever legal means-though primarily through real estate – because that’s the safest way to go. You will not be required to buy property from Think Rich Pinoy people (at any given time we actually have only a handful available properties and we don’t get investors just because they have the money). You buy them from sellers out there in the world. We just enable you to start building your wealth.

Real Estate Investing Wisdom is not taught in schools. That’s why we’re doing this. But Think Rich Pinoy is NOT an end of learning, it’s a beginning. So please do not make the mistake of thinking you’ll become wealthy because of this one seminar.

You might get one idea that can propel you to become a millionaire. It happens quite a lot. You might get it from the people, the game, the seminar, who knows? The important thing is -you’re ready to accept that idea and run with it. That’s where Think Rich Pinoy comes in-we make you ready or at least we set you off to the path of becoming wealthy.

9. Can I pay on the site?

You may but there’s no guarantee of being able to play Cashflow Game as the slots are very limited. On-site fee will cost you more. Better to secure your seat via credit card (using paypal.com Buy your seminar ticket here!) or deposit to the bank. If you are abroad, the best way is to open a free paypal.com account, connect your credit card to it–following it’s directions –so you can buy a ticket online. Connecting your credit card to a paypal account is not a quick thing to do so I suggest you do so now-even if you’re planning to pay later.

10. Schedule?

December 3, 2011, Saturday, 8am (we start promptly) to 6pm.

11. Venue?

PHILAM LIFE BUILDING U.N AVENUE MANILA

14. What should I bring?

If you want an autographed copy of your Think Rich Pinoy books, bring them. Bring a camera and get a photo shoot with Larry Gamboa. Why? Because it works. Most successful people do that, why shouldn’t you? Your choice. Also bring a calculator for the Cashflow 101 Game.

15. When do you plan to do a seminar here in (Country,City)?

We’re coming up with a manual on how someone in your city can host a Think Rich Pinoy event. If you’re really serious about this, please contact seminar@thinkrichpinoy.com and say “I want to HOST Think Rich Pinoy” and we’ll take it from there.

Right now TRP events are all held in Manila. You can “count the cost” and fly in- like some people do or simply wait it out. The most important thing is to DO SOMETHING.

Will you be conducting the same seminar in Manila on March?

Reply

Hi Jamiena, I believe they will conduct another seminar around May or June 2011. They conduct this on a quarterly basis. By the way, I just help facilitate the seminar(if I am available) and also help promote it as I am a previous attendee. :-)

From your FAQ’s above….If there are five of you, you can avail of the early bird discount (P2,950.00) even until the last day of payment (January 7, 2011).

I would like to clarify this one… if there’s five of us enrolling do you mean we can avail of early bird discount even AFTER January 7,2011? I just ot this invitation today.

If i enroll this late, referrin 4 of my friends to get early bird price ( to avail of group price), will I still qualify for the referral fee?

Hi Jay,

I saw you last Feb. 26 at the think Rich Pinoy, I’m with my family and we requested to have a picture with you. Is there any forthcoming auctions for march and also can you recommend any Cashflow 101 Group here in Las Pinas? I’m actually craving to have my first deal, what can you advise my dear guru?

Reply

16 Jay Castillo March 2, 2011 at 6:44 am

Hi Marie, it was a pleasure meeting you, thanks! if you uploaded the pictures in facebook, I would appreciate it if you can tag me, and add me as well. My Facebook user id is http://www.facebook.com/jaycastillo. Thanks!

With regard to cashflow 101, the only groups I know so far are based in ortigas(checkout Ronald Cagape’s blog: http://www.livingcashflow101.com). We used to play in Festival mall in alabang but that group has disbanded already. :-(

Anyway, we have plans of moving to Las Pinas or Paranaque so we might play cashflow with each other then. I’kk keep you posted.

Hi Jay –

Do i have to be a licensed broker first before i could undertake foreclosure investing?

Thank you so much.

Reply

19 Jay Castillo March 22, 2011 at 6:01 pm

Hi Ruth, nope, you don’t need to be a licensed broker, as long as you act as the principal, meaning you are the one buying the property as indicated in the contract.

Hi Juvelyn, I’m not that familiar with the apartelle’s in the Makati area that are near the seminar venue. The nearest I can think of are those in Makati Avenue (I think Fersal Inn is the name, near Hap Chan) but they are still quite far as you would need to ride a taxi to go to Rada street.

Hi Linette,

I believe they will have another run by August, you can attend there. As for the book, I believe you can purchase an ebook. I’ll check the details and get back to you asap. They once did a seminar in Singapore but I’m not aware of any plans in the future.

Would you mind telling me how to purchase an ebook? I tried the national bookstore online but it only has a Think Rich Quick. Are they both the same?
I also tried purchasing the Think Rich Pinoy ebook from sheperdsvoice website but after going to its checkout, the page just goes blank.

Is there any other sites were i can order an ebook?

Thanks again!

Hi Micky, I’m sorry to hear that, I’ll contact Larry Gamboa and check if there’s another way to get the ebook. Even the links in ThinkRichPinoy.com are not working yet, most probably because they are in the middle of moving their website to a new hosting company.

i am considering to try Foreclosure Investing. But being a newbie, the whole thing seems to be a ‘Goliath’ for me at this stage. May i request for some closer coaching ? I remember the talk of Larry Gamboa; he shared that he had a friend/mentor that guided him when he attended his very first auction and bought his first property. May i also ask for a similar help & guidance from your team of expertise, is that is possible?

Hi Gina, you can tag along when I attend auctions so you can familiarize yourself with the process.  During the most recent auction of RCBC Savings, someone just like you wanted to attend, and she did, and I explained what was happening to her. I suppose you can also do the same if you want.
