hi sir jay. i attended the seminar of think rich pinoy last saturday. after i went home, i immediately check your website. the website was very informative. i just wanted to ask about the subscription to receive notification of foreclosed property list updates, how does that work. i already subscibe btw. and sir another question would be, if it says “Residential lot” for sale does that mean only a vacant lot without building or house on it. can you please explain and clarify sir. im now starting to look for foreclosed properties, just got this excitement feeling after the seminar. thank you in advance. more power.
