The vehicles are offered on an “as is, where is” basis, thus, prospective buyers are advised to personally visit, inspect and verify them and their pertaining document/s of ownership to ascertain their actual condition and status.  Pictures of the vehicles offered for sale can be requested from Monching (0917-594-4910 or 0949-619-1643 or 0922-840-2785 or 02-217-6780) or Resnel (0917-878-6540 or 0917-534-2697 or 0922-851-8070).  They may also be reached through acquired.assets@sterlingbankasia.com. 
4. Visits to the vehicles’ storage areas and photocopies of the ownership documents can be coordinated with the same personnel of Acquired Assets, mentioned in No. 2.
5. The indicated floor prices are the minimum bid prices, thus, any bid below the floor price would automatically be disqualified.
6. All interested parties may submit their bids in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Audit Group Head, 2^nd Flr. Sterling Bank of Asia Corporate Center, Ortigas Ave., Greenhills, San Juan.
7. All bids must be submitted in the prescribed bid form and must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a check payable to Sterling Bank of Asia amounting to 10% of the bid price.  It would form part of the purchase price in case the bidder wins.  In the case of a losing bid, it would be returned to the bidder.
8. The last day of submission of bids shall be on Thursday, December 15, 2011, 3:00 p.m.  The prices quoted above shall be valid only up to the last day of submission.
9. The bids would be opened and evaluated by the Office of the Internal Audit Head together with a representative from Acquired Assets on the next banking day following the last day of submission. The properties shall be awarded to the highest bidder.  In the event of a tie, the same shall be settled by the drawing of lots.
10. Sterling Bank reserves the right to reject any or all intentions, to waive any formality therein and to accept the offer most advantageous to the Bank.  The decision of Sterling Bank would also be final and binding.
11. Winning bidders would be notified by Acquired Assets after the results of the bidding are approved by the Bank’s management.   Notified winners would have five (5) working days from receipt of notice to complete the purchase price either in cash or through an approval for an auto loan facility from Sterling Bank.  Failure to fully settle the bid price within the prescribed 5 working day period shall revoke the winning bidder’s right to purchase the subject vehicle and forfeit his/her bid deposit in favor of the Bank. 
12. Losing bidding participants would also be notified of the results the following day after the Bank’s approval of the bidding results.  Bid deposit checks of the losing bidders can be claimed upon receipt of notice at Acquired Assets Department 26^th floorWynsumCorporatePlaza,F. Ortigas Jr. Ave. (formerlyEmerald Ave.),OrtigasCenter,PasigCity.    
13. Upon full settlement of the winning bid price or purchase price, the Bank would execute a Deed of Sale in favor of the winning bidder and release all pertinent documents of the property within five (5) working days subject to the documentary requirements of the Bank. 
14. The winning bidder must pull out the vehicle/s from the Bank’s premises within two (2) working days from date of full payment, otherwise, ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 1,000.00) per day shall be charged as storage fee.

What caught my eye on this list was the 2011 Porsche Panamera. I was able to find a picture of a similar car and I shared it here for everyone. Nice looking car don’t you think?!

If the 2011 Porsche Panamera is too expensive for you, there are 141 other other pre-owned cars on the list that are more reasonably priced.

Anyway, bids should be submitted together with Php5,000.00 (Manager’s Check) at the 20th Floor Asset Recovery Group UnionBank Plaza Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City not later than November 28, 2011.

My mother-in-law gave me a copy of this listing of Tanay Rural Bank foreclosed properties which was listed in the September 2011 issue of District Dispatch, Centro East District, and I am sharing it here. Aside from foreclosed properties, Tanay Rural Bank also has repossessed cars and repossessed motorcyles for sale, just call them up directly.

According to the listing, the foreclosed properties can be purchased for as little as 10% downpayment, with the balance payable up to a maximum period of 15 years, at an interest rate of 15% per annum.

One thing in this list that caught my attention was it also include foreclosed properties that are still “under redemption*“.

*For those who don’t know, after a property has gone through a foreclosure auction sale, a former owner has the right to redeem the property for one year as per Act 3135.

The listing states further that “In case of non-consumation of sale due to adverse claim, buyer will be reimbursed the full amount with 12% interest per annum.”

9. The bids would be opened and evaluated by the Office of the Internal Audit Head together with a representative from Acquired Assets on the next banking day following the last day of submission. The properties shall be awarded to the highest bidder.  In the event of a tie, the same shall be settled by the drawing of lots.
10. Sterling Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality therein and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Bank.  The decision of Sterling Bank would also be final and binding.
11. Winning bidders would be notified by Acquired Assets after the results of the bidding are approved by the Bank’s management. Notified winners would have five (5) working days from receipt of notice to complete the purchase price either in cash or through an approval for an auto loan facility from Sterling Bank.  Failure to fully settle the bid price within the prescribed 5 working day period shall revoke the winning bidder’s right to purchase the subject vehicle and forfeit his/her bid deposit in favor of the Bank.
12. Losing bidding participants would also be notified of the results the following day after the Bank’s approval of the bidding results.  Bid deposit checks of the losing bidders can be claimed upon receipt of notice at Acquired Assets Department 26^th floor Wynsum Corporate Plaza, F. Ortigas Jr. Ave. (formerly Emerald Ave.), Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
13. Upon full settlement of the winning bid price or purchase price, the Bank would execute a Deed of Sale in favor of the winning bidder and release all pertinent documents of the property within five (5) working days subject to the documentary requirements of the Bank.
14. The winning bidder must pull out the vehicle/s from the Bank’s premises within two (2) working days from date of full payment, otherwise, ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 1,000.00) per day shall be charged as storage fee.

BIDDING RULES AND GUIDELINES:

1. This invitation is open to the public.

2. The vehicles are offered on an “as is, where is” basis, thus, prospective buyers are advised to personally visit, inspect and verify them and their pertaining document/s of ownership to ascertain their actual condition and status.  Pictures of the vehicles offered for bidding can be viewed at the Bank’s website, www.sterlingbankasia.com. 3.       Visits to the vehicles’ storage areas and photocopies of the ownership documents can be coordinated with the personnel of Acquired Assets, specifically Junie (0917-878-6540 or 02-982-9343) or Monching (0917-594-4910 or 0949-619-1643 or 0922-840-2785 or 02-982-9377 or 02-217-6780) or Resnel (0917-534-2697 or 0932-691-1608 or 02-982-9388 local 2781) or Adrian (0927-394-8279 or 02-982-9388 local 2718). They may also be reached through acquired.assets@sterlingbankasia.com.

4.       The indicated floor prices are the minimum bid prices, thus, any bid below the floor price would automatically be disqualified.

5.       All interested parties may submit their bids in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Audit Group Head, 2^nd Flr. Sterling Bank of Asia Corporate Center,Ortigas Ave., Greenhills, San Juan.

6.       All bids must be submitted in the prescribed bid form and must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a check payable to Sterling Bank of Asia amounting to 10% of the bid price.  It would form part of the purchase price in case the bidder wins.  In the case of a losing bid, it would be returned to the bidder.

7.       The last day of submission of bids shall be on Thursday, August 11, 2011, 3:00 p.m. The prices quoted above shall be valid only up to the last day of submission.

July 25, 2011 is the last day of submission of bids for this batch of repossessed cars for sale from Buena Mano’s Car Bidding Bonanza for the period July 17 – 25, 2011. The nice people from the Buena Mano Marketing group actually sent this to me through e-mail last July 19, 2011 but I only found this today in my inbox.

Yup, today is the last day to submit bids, and yet I am also posting this today. Before you say “Hey Jay, you should have posted this earlier…” please let me say this - I am posting this anyway because I am quite sure that not all of the repossessed cars on the list will get sold, and all you have to do is ask Buena Mano directly to confirm if the car you may be interested in is still available after the sealed bidding.

I am doing this as a public service, so I humbly ask for a little patience and understanding. I continue to post listings of repossessed cars for sale and car auction schedules simply because a lot of people keep asking for them. By the way, repossessed cars can also be referred to as foreclosed cars so they are still relevant content for foreclosurephilippines.com right?
