The Property Forum Philippines will be having another auction of foreclosed properties entitled “El Subastajero’s Choice Auction”. One odd thing I noticed however is that there was neither any date nor time indicated in the auction announcement. I believe these details are too important to be left out so I  was thinking they might have done this on purpose. Now why would they do such a thing?

Property Forum Philippines shall be conducting a “Thanksgiving Auction” of foreclosed properties on November 28, 2009 at Max’s Parksquare, Glorietta, Makati City, Philippines. Registration starts at 8:00AM and the auction proper starts at 9:00AM.

Keep in mind that the foreclosed properties can be purchased for as little as 10% downpayment. A pre-auction reservation fee of Php25,000 per property is required.

I believe that all aspiring real estate investors should attend the 3rd Philippine Real Estate Festival (2009) which will be held on July 23-25, 2009 at the World Trade Center, Roxas Blvd. corner Buendia Street, Pasay City, Philippines. I learned a lot each time I attended the Philippine Real Estate Festival during the past two years and I’m quite sure I’ll be learning much more this year.

The Property Forum Philippines shall be conducting a public auction of foreclosed properties entitled “Subastahan Sa Festival” on July 25, 2009 at the World Trade Center, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City, Philippines. Registration Starts at 10:00AM, auction proper starts at 11:00AM. This auction coincides with the Philippine Real Estate Festival 2009 which explains the auction’s title. Property Forum Philippines also had a similar auction in last year’s Philippine Real Estate Festival at the SMX where I made a bid on a property and won.

The public auction is entitled “Subastahan ni Papa” (Auction by Dad), most probably in reference to Father’s day which is just around the corner. The auction is to be conducted by Noli “El Subastajero” Alleje.
