As mentioned in my recent post about PNB’s Asset Gazette for January 2010, Property Forum Philippines will be conducting a series of “New Moon” auctions of foreclosed properties that coincide with the actual dates of the “New Moon”. Today, I am posting the PNB Asset Gazette for January 2010 which features just some of the prime foreclosed properties for sale in their first public sealed bidding scheduled this year. According to the Asset Gazette, the Philippine National Bank-Special Assets Management Sector or PNB-SAMS has slated 10 public sealed biddings for the year 2010. My wife Cherry continues from her recent post by sharing an updated listing of foreclosed properties from Metro Manila which she recently got from Philippine National Bank’s Special Assets Management Group.

I’m sure a lot of you out there have been patiently waiting for new listings of foreclosed properties and here is a bunch from Philippine National Bank (PNB). My wife got these foreclosed property listings after she requested for them through e-mail.

Don’t forget to use as reference the “title id number” of the property that you wish to inquire. Furthermore, the people from PNB requests interested parties to prioritize a maximum of 5 properties per inquiry.

The Philippine National Bank – Special Assets Management Sector (PNB-SAMS) shall be having a property auction on September 17, 2009, Thursday, 2:00 P.M., at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Magallanes-Alda Streets., Davao City Philippines.

The bank foreclosed properties for auction include properties from Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, Cotabato, Compostela Valley, and South Cotabato.

I was supposed to attend the pre-bidding conference for this auction last September 8, 2009 to learn more about how the Special Assets Management Sector of Philippine National Bank (PNB)  conducts public sealed biddings but the plan got cancelled due to a prior engagement at the office that got extended.
