<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Payment terms</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The minimum required downpayment is 30% of the selling price, with the balance payable through bank financing.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A reservation fee of 5% is required when making offers, which is refundable just in case the offer is disapproved. If the offer is approved, the reservation fee will form part of the downpayment which means only an additional 25% would be needed. Interest rates are based on prevailing rates at the time of the purchase/availment.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p style="text-align: justify;">It has been quite a long while since I last posted a list of bank acquired assets for sale from Banco De Oro (BDO). I often ask for a copy of the BDO Asset Magazine whenever I get to visit any of BDO&#8217;s branches, but the friendly people from BDO often tell me that they still have no updated copy and suggest that I just visit their website.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Anyway, my wife recently asked for a complete list of <strong>BDO <a href="http://www.foreclosurephilippines.com/foreclosedproperties" style="" target="_blank"  onmouseover="self.status='http://www.foreclosurephilippines.com/foreclosedproperties';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">foreclosed properties</a> for sale</strong> and Ms. Mary Jean V. Reyes was kind enough to send us an updated copy a complete list BDO acquired assets through e-mail. I am posting it here for those who might be interested.<span id="more-2713"></span></p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Location of the bank acquired assets</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The acquired assets that are available for sale include properties from Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. I estimate that there are more than 800 acquired properties in this list of acquired assets from BDO.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Other bank acquired assets available</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Aside from acquired assets for sale, the list also contains acquired assets that are available for lease. Other acquired assets for sale include club shares, chattel, as well as repossessed cars. For BDO repossessed cars, I estimate for than a hundred units are for sale. This is quite a huge number of foreclosed cars. Just refer to the list for more details.</p>
