232nd UnionBank Foreclosed Properties Auction Slated on April 25, 2015 (Metro Manila, Luzon, Amalfi)

The 232nd Special Public Auction of UnionBank foreclosed properties shall be on April 25, 2015, Saturday, 9:00am, at the 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This auction includes foreclosed properties from Metro Manila, Luzon, and brand new houses and lots at Amalfi, The Islands, Dasmarinas Cavite. Auction details below.

As usual, the first auction starts at 9:00am and includes Metro Manila and Luzon foreclosed properties. The second auction follows immediately and features the brand new AMALFI house and lots.

Don’t forget to do your due diligence prior to the auction. If you win during the auction and back-out later, your show money will be forfeited.

Do come early as the auction starts on time, is very organized,  and is usually finished within 1 hour. Sometimes it’s finished in 30 minutes… no kidding!

Note: Only bidders with the required show money of Php20,000 (cash or Manager’s Check) will be allowed to attend the auction.
