229th UnionBank Foreclosed Properties Auction Slated on February 28, 2015 (Metro Manila, Luzon, Amalfi)

UnionBank foreclosed properties shall be up for grabs in their 229th Special Public Auction on February 28, 2015, Saturday, at Function Room 1, 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This auction includes properties from Metro Manila, ,Luzon, and the remaining brand new house and lots located at Amalfi, The Islands, Dasmarinas Cavite. Auction details below.

The first auction will promptly start at 9:00am and includes foreclosed properties from Metro Manila and Luzon areas. The second auction immediately follows and features the remaining brand new AMALFI house and lots.

Bidders are expected to have done proper due diligence prior to the auction, and are reminded to come early to have enough time to register and fill-out all required forms.
