2011 Mega Property Auction for Metro Manila and Luzon slated on February 19

Another Mega Property Auction of foreclosed properties from Metro Manila and Luzon will be happening on February 19, 2011, Saturday, 9:00am, at the L.S. Virata Hall, 2nd Floor, Development Academy of the Philippines, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, Philippines.

Foreclosed properties and ROPA available for public auction are from RCBC and Jose P. Laurel (JPL) Bank. These are in addition to foreclosed properties from RCBC Savings Bank which are also to be sold through public auction on the same date and venue.

Although the auction announcement mentions that properties can be acquired for as  low as 10% downpayment, with the balance payable in 10 years, at fixed interest rate, I highly suggest that interested parties call them up to verify.

Show money is still at Php25,000 per property, in the form of cash or manager’s checks.

In addition, the auction announcement states that brokers/referrors are entitled to receive commissions.
