3) Prices are applicable for outright purchase only.

4) All Officers interested in acquiring units under the Bank’s car lease program are required to coordinate with AMDD and HRG for the terms at least 3 days before end of auction period.

    Is there an assurance that the bank will not auction off flooded vehicles?

    Hi Jason, I don’t think we can get that assurance, although they have started to indicate on their list if a car was flooded, just like the 3 flooded cars on the list above. :-)

    Is there assurance that the documents pertaining to the car (such as registration, ownership, etc) are in order. . meaning hindi carnap or carjack units at walang pending case ? Who will shoulder the transfer/registration expenses, and/or penalties, if any.

    hello sir,

    i think most of these cars are acquired through bank car loans that were repossesed due to unpaid balances. Also, if some of the cars are collateral to loans, i think it is the bank’s responsibility to check first if the documents are real and under the previous owners’ name.
