Hi Jay!

I just got interest on foreclosure properties when i unexpectedly saw your site thru net searching. And then i got an interest to “Rich dad, poor dad” and so as “think rich pinoy” that i bought a copy yesterday.
Anyway, i am also interested with this seminar. Is this an independent seminar that even i never attended any seminar yet re real estate, i can still understand fully the basic to middle knowledge of real estate investing? And also, where is the venue of the seminar? Sorry this is really my first time.

Hi Sir Jay, Am new here and am interested also to attend the seminar. Questions lang: What’s the conversion rate to the USD$1 to Php? USD$1=Php46? After depositing the amount in BPI, how do we confirm our entry to the seminar? Or who do we call to check if we are included in the seminar? Where is the venue too? Thanks.
