Another frequently asked question I often receive is “Can I buy bank foreclosed properties with financing through a Pag-IBIG housing loan?” and the quick answer I give is “It depends…”. Obviously, if you buy a foreclosed property from Pag-IBIG, you can finance it through a Pag-IBIG housing loan.

Asiatrust foreclosed properties for sale

Asiatrust recently came out with this listing of foreclosed properties for sale. Only 20% Downpayment is required with the balance payable through financing at fixed interest rates, and up to 10 years to pay. As far as I know, these properties are for negotiated sale.

The foreclosed properties for sale are from the Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central and Northern Luzon, and Mindanao areas.

Larry Gamboa, bestselling author of the book “Think Rich Pinoy“, is someone who I consider to be a great mentor and inspiration. Recently, the PRC and DTI issued a joint announcement on the filing of application for registration without examination with the PRC, for those whose licenses issued by the DTI have expired on December 2008 and onwards.
