PSBank’s loan rates are very competitive, if you ask me. Their loan rate for home acquisition or construction, which is fixed for 10 years, is 10.5%, which is the same as the top rate for Pag-Ibig. Note that in Pag-Ibig, you would have to increase your monthly contribution if you will be loaning a big amount. Applying for a loan is easy as one may also apply online.
