Oh yes ladies and gentlemen, I am on a roll! Today we have the PSBank Foreclosed Property Listings for Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, updated as of November 18, 2009. I got these listings from PSBank’s website, the link to which I found from the Ultimate List of Bank Websites. Keep in mind that these foreclosed properties are for negotiated sale.

PSBank’s loan rates are very competitive, if you ask me. Their loan rate for home acquisition or construction, which is fixed for 10 years, is 10.5%, which is the same as the top rate for Pag-Ibig. Note that in Pag-Ibig, you would have to increase your monthly contribution if you will be loaning a big amount. Applying for a loan is easy as one may also apply online. Another big plus is that they will give you a decision on your application within five days, which is very fast. You may have some questions on your mind and you may find the answers here:
