PNB Foreclosed Properties in Metro Manila as of November 16, 2009

My wife Cherry continues from her recent post by sharing an updated listing of foreclosed properties from Metro Manila which she recently got from Philippine National Bank’s Special Assets Management Group.

You may recall that we posted last November 17, 2009, the list of acquired assets of PNB for Metro Manila, which was updated as of September 30, 2009. I had actually received the listings through e-mail last November 11, 2009 but my husband was not able to post them immediately, which is why we are posting this update.

From the said list, I had noted the properties I was interested in and inquired about them. Unfortunately, those I liked were either sold already, or are still occupied by the former owner. Though they had already sent a Notice to Vacate (NTV), we still had second thoughts because of the existing  occupants. It’s always better to buy properties with clean titles and those which are vacant. Anyway, after receiving the listings, I inquired again on November 17, 2009 and learned that there was a new listing released just the day before, which I’d like to share with you.

You may refer to our previous post for the steps in inquiring about PNB foreclosed properties and who to call. Keep in mind that the foreclosed properties on the list are for negotiated sale.
