Yes, sakit sa ulo talaga magpaalis ng nakatira kaya my advice is to avoid foreclosed properties with occupants. Aside from the fact na mahirap magpaalis, not just because of the cost, but rather because of the emotional burden, for all we know there might be a good reason why occupants choose to stay and hold on. Respetuhin na lang natin tutal marami namang foreclosed properties diyan na unoccupied right?!</description>
