		<description>Hi Andrew, may I know which bank did you submit your bid to? As far as auctions are concerned, from what I understand, all bids should start at the minimum bid price or MBP. As you said, your bid was a bit lower than the suggested price which most banks also refer to as the MBP. I suppose the person in charge of the auction just informed your wife that your bid was the highest among bids as per procedure but was later disapproved by management which evaluates all bids, most probably because your bid was still below the MBP.</description>

		<description>just wonderin,,,,, i did bid for a vehicle, my wife called to check out how we did to the bidding, she was informed that we were the highest bidder to it, even though were a bit lower than the suggested price its still a reasonable price for us,for there somethings to be fixed to it, but days later we were informed that our bid is not enough to them, so the unit is now again in the bidding list.... is there really a bidding happening here, or its just hoax!!!!</description>
