hi…first time to drop by…ganda ng mga post mo at very informative sa lahat ng gustong mag invest and resale the properties they acquired through foreclosure in the future…at ung gusto magkabahay with the least cost…ang nkakatakot lang ung mga lis pendes at mga obligations pa ng dating owner na baka matransfer pa sa new owner kung sakaling bilhin nya at hindi iexplain ng agency na inaaplyan nya…hidden charges ba.kc meron iba na hindi tlaga alm ung mga un.ano ba ang dapat tanungin una sa agency para sa property na balak bilhin para maiwasan ang ganun sitwasyon…kc last week na pumunta ako sa home mortgage para magbid sana, nagrereklamo ung ale dahil ang dami nya daw binayaran na arears at taxes..tapos meron kc akong 2 frend ofw na ngpapahanap nga ng bahay na mura, naicp ko nga foreclosed prop..syempere dahil ako mag aayos with spa nila dapt kumita din dba…sana matulungan mo ko para sa 2 kaibigan ko

Hi Mr. Jay,

i’m april from general santos city, i just want to ask about the process of evicting the occupants of a foreclosed unit. i have purchased a unit from the NHMFC last year. have paid them 10% downpayment and yung sa ROD. nag lapse na po yung 1 year redemption period. gusto po naming ipa sheriff and they told us that we should prepare about 30k for the whole process, tama ho ba un? last year before i applied to purchase the unit NHMFC told me na hindi aabot ng 10k and pagpapasheriff, bat ganun? 10% dp + 30K sheriff + renovation expenses = dapat pala kumuha nalang ako ng bagong subdivision unit…
need you advice…thank you

Just saw this post. Thank you for all the information. We attended the Fair last 2009 and we found a lot in Antipolo under pag-ibig. We were advice to visit the site but when we got there, no one knows where the property is. Hanapin lang daw namin. Does this really happen na they can not give details on the property they are selling? Til now we haven’t got feedback from them.
