If you lack funds for the downpayment, one option would be to get funding from other sources like other investors or partners. What i mean if I won the bid and the bank required a downpayment, I dont have that millions or thousands in cash but I can guarantee if its loanable then I can pay more than a million. Because frankly speaking sir, I dont have cash but I have the capacity to pay on time without any delay.
