Star Properties is one of the companies I submitted my resume before. I was referred by a friend of mine to Ma’m Leny. Unfortunately, they said they don’t have any vacancies. Personally, I would like to be back in the investment banking industry especially with SPVs investing in distressed assets such as non performing loans and foreclosed idle assets.

With the continuous decrease of NPL ratio of Philippine Banks and the current global financial crisis, SPVs temporarily stopped acquiring distressed debts and assets as these are all high risk investments.

Hi Aiza, thanks for the comment and the suggestions. I will surely include them in future posts, i’ll even include challenges I am currently facing and how I am able to win against them. :-)

Hi Tyrone! I suppose this means SPV’s are in a hurry to dispose their assets right? I see a perfect opportunity for real estate investors. Thanks again for dropping by!

Good day sir jay! I made a bid with Star property in Davao city last July 13,2009 and I was disappointed that
they can’t give feedbacks regarding my bid. I coordinated
with Ms. Dianne Uy and I was informed that it will take sometime before they can give me feedback. It’s my 1st time to offer a bid and I would like to know how long it takes before I can received a reply.

Thank you and hope to hear from you soonest!

    Hi Mae,

Sorry for the late reply, somehow I missed your comment. Anyway, you will have to contact Star Properties Inc. using the numbers on the ad to get the complete details on how to submit your offer. They should also give you pertinent details like the payment terms, status of the property, etc. Thanks for visiting!

Actually it could take from a week to a month as I believe Star Properties will have to forward your offer to the owner(usually a bank), then they(the bank’s management) will have to deliberate, they will then update Star Properties of their decision, and then that’s the only time you will get a feedback on your offer. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
