I attended the 3rd Philippine Real Estate Festival last July 24, 2009 and one of the banks that I found as a participant in the event was Chinabank. I was able to get a copy of their “Real Deals” publication which features hundreds of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for sale at below market values (as written on the front page). It saved all three of us the trouble of scheduling another visit to those properties, not to mention the time, effort, gasoline, etc. I believe this morning has been one of the most productive mornings I have ever had. I also realized that I really love doing home inspections. Read the rest of this entry
