While it’s true that I have been focusing on investing in foreclosures, I have never wished that anybody’s home be foreclosed so that I may buy it as an investment. Here is the RCBC Savings Bank listings of foreclosed properties for their latest Dream Buys Auction which will be held on June 27, 2009, 9:00 AM, at the Development Academy of Philippines (DAP) Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, Philippines. Take note that the auction is only three days away as I write this post. Again, I apologize for the delay.
The Quezon City Office of the City Treasurer shall be having a property tax sale through public auction on July 2, 2009, 10 a.m., at the main entrance, Taxpayer’s Lounge, Quezon City Hall, Diliman, Quezon City. As stated on the notice of sale of delinquent real property which was published last June 15, 2009 in the Manila Bulletin as a special supplement , the real property listed on the notice are hereby certified to be delinquent in the payment of real property taxes, penalties, cost due thereon as of the date.

The Property Forum Philippines will be having another public auction of bank foreclosed properties on June 27, 2009 at Max’s Jupiter, Bel-air, Makati City, Philippines. The public auction is entitled “Subastahan ni Papa” (Auction by Dad), most probably in reference to Father’s day which is just around the corner. The auction is to be conducted by Noli “El Subastajero” Alleje.
CBRE has released this post auction listing of foreclosed properties that were not sold during CBRE’s public auction of foreclosed properties last May 28, 2009.
