Join The 1 Peso Knockout Auction Of Foreclosed Properties On May 23, 2009
Instant Cash Knockout option is available. This means interested parties may just add Php1.00 to the minimum bid price to withdraw their choice of property from the auction in an instant. No need to have the property go through the auction and avoid increased prices that may happen when bidders try to outbid each other.
Foreclosed properties included in the listing are from Antipolo, Caloocan, Las Pinas, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Quezon City, Paranaque, Pateros, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.
Properties can be purchased for as low as 10% down payment. For more details, you may call The Property Forum Phils., Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, at tel. nos.: (02)534-9536 to 534-6954 and cellphone no.: 0921-6722888.
I would like to thank Eden, also known as RealEstateInvestor, a frequent visitor and poster at the property and real estate section of the Pinoy Money Talk Forum, for e-mailing me a copy of the listing. Eden is a Think Rich Pinoy franchisee and I consider her as one of my mentors as I have also learned a lot from her and I continue to do so, as Eden continues to unselfishly share information and insights on how she invests in real estate through the PMT forums. It is no wonder that she is already a very successful real estate investor. Thanks again Eden!
By the way, in the recently held Subastahan Sa Tag-Init public auction of foreclosed properties which was also powered by The Property Forum Phils., one of our readers was able to acquire his first real estate deal after 6 long years of waiting . Read more about it in this thread that asks “What is the one biggest challenge you are facing now?” at the forum section of the Foreclosure Philippines Social Network. Congratulations Ely and I wish you all the best and success on your first venture into foreclosed property investing!
To our financial freedom!

@Anonymous, sorry if my reply is late as the auction is already finished, the past week was not a pleasant one for me to say the least but I’ll spare you the details. Anyway, it is highly recommended to check if a property is really free from encumbrances by performing the necessary due diligence, but I would recommend that you do this only AFTER doing an evaluation to see if the property is a very promising deal. Saves you time by skipping properties that are not really worth looking at.
@Pinoy Entrepreneur, the recently posted RCBC Amazing Buys Bank owned Properties For Sale For Visayas and Mindanao has foreclosed properties from Davao. Please do check it out. Thanks for visiting!
Thank you too Jay!
You give a great service to everyone through your blog. I’m glad to help in any way I can.
By the way, get a copy of today’s inquirer for DBP foreclosed assets listings.
Also, yesterday’s inquirer for Tagaytay City’s delinquent real estate tax accounts. There are alot of great prices there.
Hi Eden, nice to see you here! Thanks for the compliment and for being a mentor to all of us! Wow, thank you also for the heads-up on the DBP and Tagaytay listings, would appreciate a copy so I can also post here as well. I wish you more success and blessings!
