There are different DST rates on different types of transactions. In my previous post on How to Easily Compute DST, I was referring to DST on the sale of real property. Please note that there is DST too on loan agreements, lease agreements, and mortgages, and there are also exemptions from DST. For this post, aside from discussing these, I will also discuss the deadline date and venue for filing the DST return. I will provide you as well with a blank DST form for your use and reference. When I recently posted the Buena Mano Green Tag Catalogues for Q2-2009, the post received an anonymous comment saying that prices of BPI foreclosed properties are too high even for end buyers. Well, if you are looking for cheaper properties, the following just might be what you are looking for. This listing contains bank owned properties available for negotiated sale as of March 31, 2009. Sorry for the late posting of this listing, I just received a copy of this recently. This listing includes Metro Manila and Provincial properties for sale.
Here are the Buena Mano Super Value Green Tag Greater Metro Manila Area (GMMA) and Buena Mano Prime Green Tag GMMA catalogues for Q2-2009.
